Aveda is all I know! I have been with Aveda for 14 years and Lemongrass for 10 of those. Making people feel great about the way they look is what makes my heart full. It is so rewarding that I decided to own my own Aveda salon and want to make Lemongrass Salon University a retreat for all our guests to come, relax, and leave looking and feeling better than when they came in. My family is a big part of why I do what I do and as a working mom and wife, I understand how important it is for my guests to have a place to escape, relax, and recharge!

When I started doing hair 13 years ago with Lemongrass, I had no idea I would one day be one of the owners! During my career, I have studied with master stylists from around the world including London, Germany, and Switzerland, learning new and exciting techniques that I can bring back to my guests. My focus with my guest is the total image--cut, color, and style working together to give my guests the confidence they deserve! Blondes and brunettes...highlights, ombre, balayage, or highlights, I do it all! I have a special passion for helping women rediscover the beauty of their natural grey hair without the awkward and embarrassing stages in between.

Hungry for knowledge, Crystal Valencia became a licensed esthetician in 2010 and hit the ground running. From waxing to sugaring, facials to gua-sha massage, spray-tanning to airbrush makeup, and microblading to lash-extensions. Today, she's mastered each of them and continues to keep up with today's innovative beauty industry and sanitation requirements.

I have spent my entire 15-year career working with Aveda. Hair color is my specialty and I have traveled around the country learning as well as teaching stylists how to use Aveda Hair Color for maximum performance. I also love shorter haircuts with lots of texture as well as precision bobs. While I love all hair color, personally I prefer working with reds and brunettes, making sure every guest feels like their hair color is as unique as they are.

Having done hair and working with Aveda for almost 8 years in New Mexico, I moved to Fort Worth 3 years ago to join the Lemongrass Team. I have 2 dogs that are basically my babies. I am very passionate about blondes, from highlights to balayage and all over blonde. Extensions are another area I love because it gives my guests length, volume, and body which can help especially when growing out a difficult haircut!

As a master stylist with Lemongrass Salon University, I have been fortunate enough to train around the country and world with some of the best in the industry. I love EVERYTHING about hair--color, fun short cuts, bobs, beautiful long hair, and especially extension work!

I have worked with Aveda for 7 years exclusively and I am very passionate about their products and hair color! I love building a relationship with my guests so I can provide them the best services possible. Hair Color is a passion of mine because I love seeing my guests light up when they love their hair. Right now, textured shorter bobs and long bobs are SUPER on-trend and I love them because they tend to look great on everyone! Outside of hair, I have 5 dogs that I love and enjoy spending time with my friends and family.

The Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex is my home and where I found my passion for the hair industry. I have always dreamed of being able to make my guest feel beautiful and confident and as a stylist at Lemongrass, I am able to live out that dream daily! I am excited to bring my passion and skills to every guest sitting in my chair, whether it is cutting, styling, or hair color.

I have always enjoyed the ability to create change for my guests, whether it is subtle or dramatic. Hair is the ultimate accessory, giving everyone the ability to re-invent themselves with every service. While I love rich hair colors, my passion lies in precision haircuts that have a little bit of edge.

I could not imagine doing anything besides hair! I've been in the industry for over 10 years and love doing hair color! It is such an amazing feeling to give a guest a color they love! My guests and the relationships I build are part of what keeps me passionate about my career.

While I am new to the LGU team, I have been doing hair for several years and have a passion for making people feel beautiful and unique as a result of a new cut or color. I love staying on top of current trends and adapting them into more classic looks for people who like to look timeless with a modern twist!

A Wyoming native, loving wife, and mother of three, I am excited to meet and grow a diverse clientele and use my gifts to bless others. As a stylist I really enjoy loving on those who have put themselves on the back burner. Giving you your sense of style back in this busy world is one of the greatest moments in my day.
